Welcome to Windows Developer

    Release 1.54 brings you configurable entries in the Tools menu,
    with argument macros.  See changes.txt for other enhancements.

    If you're one of the many satisfied users of Windev who snap up
    new releases as soon as they appear, but have yet to register,
    it couldn't be easier using CompuServe's online registration
    service.  Click "Help" in Windev's startup dialog for details
    of this service, and other methods of payment.

    Helios Software Solutions is an approved vendor and associate

    you can rest assured that Windev is a high quality product.

    You may be interested to know that a version for Windows 3.1 is
    also available in the WINSHARE forum on CompuServe.

Minimum Hardware and Software Requirements

    For this release for Microsoft (R) Windows NT (TM), a 386 PC
    running the March 1993 NT Beta.  To install Windev you require
    about 600 KB of free disk space.

Installation Instructions

    1) Change drive to the installation disk (eg. A:)
    2) Type "INSTALL destination-directory"
	where <destination-directory> is the full path to the
	directory below which the WINDEV installation directory
	will be created.  Do not type a trailing '\'.
	(eg. INSTALL C: or INSTALL C:\UTILS)
    3) Read LICENSE.TXT in the WINDEV subdirectory to the
	directory specified in step 2.  If you agree to the
	terms, continue...
    4) Use Program Manager to add WINDEV.EXE to one of your
	program groups.
    5) Try WINDEV and see how much more productive it makes you!
